Are there any skin conditions that Veil should not be applied to?
Yes, Veil should never be applied to open wounds or broken skin.

Are Veil products tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals. All Veil products are hand made from natural low-allergenic ingredients according to the original formula developed over 60yrs ago.

Can Veil be used on very sensitive skin?
Yes, but it is always advisable to test on a small patch first.

Can you wear Veil on the beach or whilst swimming?
Yes, Veil can be used whilst on the beach or in the water.

Do you need expert advice or training to use Veil?
Advice from experts is not essential, although it may be beneficial.

Do you need Finishing Powder?
Yes! This is important.
Applying Veil is a simple two-step process. Once you have covered the required blemish with Veil Cover Cream in your chosen colour fixit by applying our specially formulated, pharmaceutical grade Finishing Powder. Once you have fixed your cover with the finishing powder you will have a waterproof, smudge-proof and durable finish that will last 24hrs.

How are Veil products applied?
Veil can be applied with fingers, sponges or brushes depending on the area that needs to be covered. A dabbing motion with your finger tip is often best. Use a very small amount of Cream. Veil has up to 50% more pigment than regular make-up.

How easy is it to match my skin colour?
Our cover cream comes in 40 shades, therefore it should be possible to match any skin colour. To get the perfect match, buy our Colour Matching Kit prior to purchasing your jar of Veil Cover Cream and Finishing Powder to check you get the right colour for you. How long does shipping take?
We ship from our manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. Shipping to Australia typically takes 7-10 days including handling and processing. We also offer an express post option for within Australia only for an extra charge for those time when you need something in a hurry.
Shipping to SE Asia usually takes longer due to customs regulations in each country. Please allow up to 4 weeks.

Veil is waterproof and is made virtually smudgeproof by the application of the Finishing Powder.

What is a cover cream?
This is the term given to cosmetic preparations which have been created specifically to temporarily cover various forms of skin disorders. Cover Creams can also be called Camouflage Creams.

What is the difference between cover/camouflage cream and ordinary make-up concealer?
The main difference is the content of the pigment. Cover/camouflage cream contains much more pigment than the other make-up brands, and therefore you need less of it and it looks less obvious.
