Veil Cover Cream online store purchases exclude GST.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices exclude GST and shipping.
The Veil Cover Cream online store reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at www.veilcream.com.au at any time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
To successfully complete your internet order please proceed with payment via the shopping cart. Note that you do not need to have an account to use this service. Contact Head Office directly for details. Please note that your order cannot not be dispatched without payment received in full. Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment.
NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM
Simply contact our customer service department by phone (1800 245 450) or email info@veilcream.com.au.
All CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. ALL PACKING MATERIAL MUST BE SAVED.
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
If your product arrives damaged or you find it defective after delivery and a valid claim is received by Customer Service, Veil Cover Cream Australia will exchange the Product where possible, or refund you the purchase price of the Product. Should you contact us outside the 3 day period Veil Cover Cream, customer service management will consider each claim on a case by case basis.
If a claim is made outside of the 3 day window, you may be required to return the Product to us at your expense, within 10 working days from when the arrangement is made. All Products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories and documentation that was shipped with the Product.
Organising the Return of Products
When a Replacement Product is arranged:
- A replacement for the same Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product.
- The delivery time for the replacement Product will be the same as stated for the original Product.
When a Refund is arranged:
- Refunds include all shipping and associated costs for the Product being returned.
- No refund will be given to you until the Veil online store has received the Product from you.
- Refunds will be issued by cheque.
